Who we share it with
We use trusted providers to run our business: our website host (Hostinger) and our email provider (Google Workspace). They process data only on our instructions. We do not sell personal data. Some providers may process data outside the UK; where they do, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or adequacy regulations.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don’t lead to work: up to 24 months. Client records: six years after the work ends, for accounting and legal purposes. Marketing consent: until you unsubscribe. [Owner to confirm periods]
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to move it to another provider. You can withdraw consent to marketing at any time. Email hello@game-theory.co.uk; we will reply within one month.
