We research the players (competitors, customers, partners), gather evidence and test your options against their likely responses. You see work in progress, not just a final report.
1–6 weeks, depending on the package
Make the move
You get one clear recommendation, the reasoning behind it, and a 90-day action plan. We stay on hand as the market responds, and the retainer keeps that support going.

We talk through the decision in front of you, who else it affects and what a good outcome looks like. You leave with a suggested next step, whether or not you work with us.
How quickly can you start?
Usually within two weeks of the first call. A Strategy Sprint can often be completed within a week.
What do you need from us?
Time with the people who will make the decision, any figures or research you already have, and an honest view of the problem.
What if the research shows our plan won’t work?
We’ll tell you, and explain why. Finding that out before you commit is one of the most valuable things a strategy can do.
